CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-97-132
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA, APPOINTING THREE (3)
REGULAR MEMBERS AND TWO (2) ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; PROVIDING FOR
SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFF,FCTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission is desirous of appointing two (2) regular
members and two (2) alternate members to the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The foregoing "WHEREAS" clause is hereby ratified and confirmed
as being true and correct and is hereby made a specific part of this Resolution.
SEQjI0N : That pursuant to Section 24-61 of the Code, the following person is
HEREBY APPOINTED as a regular member of the Planning Commission to fulfill the
term expiring April 15, 1999:
Saul I. Gass
SECTION 3: That pursuant to Section 24-61 of the Code, the following persons
are HEREBY APPOINTED as regular members of the Planning Commission for three-
year terms to expire April 15, 2000:
Anthony Silvestri Joe Stokvis

SECTION 4: That the following persons are HEREBY APPOINTED as alternate
members of the Planning Commission for one-year terms to expire April 15, 1998:
Stanley Budnick Michael S. McCampbell
SECTION 5: All Resolutions or parks of resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION 6: If any clause, section, other part or application of this Resolution is
held by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unconstitutional or invalid, in part or
application, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions or applications of this
Resolution.
SE TIC ON 7: This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 30th day of May, 1997.
