A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF
4 RESTAURANT IN BAY 5 LOCATED AT WOODMONT
SQUARE, REQUESTED BY ROTI MAX BOCA
CORPORATION; PETITION #27--Z-91; AND
Id PROVIDING -AN -EFFECTIVE DATE.-

WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the expansion of a
restaurant in Bay 5 at Woodmont Square located at 7178 N.
University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
expansion of a restaurant in Bay 5 at Woodmont Square located at
7178 N. University Drive, Tamarac, requested by Roti Max Boca
Corporation Gourmet Chicken Rotisserie, Petition #27-Z-91, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
