CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- //
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 86-376
OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC SUBSECTION B(3)(a)
REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION AT COUNCIL
MEETINGS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the City Council of Tamarac wishes to clarify
the rules and procedures with respect to public participation
at all meetings of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : Subsection B (3) (a) of Resolution 86-376 is
hereby amended to read as follows:

any member of the public may speak to any issue
which is not agendized for public hearings at.
that meetings. Speakers may be limited to
three (3) minutes during this item and at
public hearings. There will be a thirty (30)
minute aggregate time limit for this item and
speakers are encouraged to sign up in advance
with the City Clerk prior to their participa-
tion.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
