CITY -OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 11,2.
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ONE (1) REGULAR AND TWO
(2) ALTERNATE MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing one
(1) regular member and two (2) alternate members to the Board
of Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 24-37 of the
Code, the following person is hereby appointed as a regular
member of the Board of Adjustment for a term to expire July
17, 1994:
Harold H. Newman
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as alternate members of the Board of Adjustment for
terms to expire July 17, 1992:
Dr. Alfred Wald
Edward Rockwell
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
