CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91--Llf(
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF AN
ANIMAL CLINIC IN THE MARKETPLACE AT
TAMARAC, REQUESTED BY DR. PAUL SADOWSKI;
PETITION # 32--Z-91; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of an animal
clinic in the Marketplace at Tamarac, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
the operation of an animal clinic in the Marketplace at Tamarac,
Tamarac, requested by Dr. Paul Sadowski, Petition # 32-Z-91, is
HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
That they comply with all local, County, State and Federal
laws in connection with disposition of waste.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption. VC,
