CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE
BOARD OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of appointing
members to the Board of Consumer Affairs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That pursuant to Section 2-106 of the Code,
the following persons are HEREBY 4PPOINTED as regular members
of the Board of Consumer Affairs for terms to expire June 20,
1992:
Fred Adler, Chairman Bernard Simms
Nat Cohen Curt Rosenfeld
Irving Lopatey Ben Sonkin
Harold Blank Michael Hanley
George Winston
SECTION 2: That the.following persons are HEREBY
APPOINTED as alternate members of the Board of Consumer
Affairs for terms to expire June 20, 1992:
W. Ernest Riland Patricia Gray
SECTION 3: The appointments contained in this Resolu-
