RESOLUTION NO. R--91- 16X 7
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A 0.5 FOOT
ENCROACHMENT INTO THE SOUTHERN FIVE-
FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED AT
6012 NW 67 WAY, TAMARAC, THE MAIN-
LANDS OF TAMARAC LAKES TENTH SECTION,
PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 36, BLOCK 172,
LOT 2; REQUESTED BY MICHAEL AND IDA
GRIPPO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE. _
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves a 0.5
foot encroachment into the southern five (5) foot utility
easement located at 6012 NW 67 Way, Tamarac, The Mainlands of
Tamarac Lakes Tenth Section, Plat Book 68, Page 36, Block 172,
Lot 2, requested by Michael and Ida Grippo, as described in
Exhibit 1 attached.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
dil-ected to record this document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
i-MMediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of � � 1991.
