CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 15
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A RESTRICTIVE COV-
ENANT STATING THAT NO ADDITIONAL OCCUPANCY
WILL BE CREATED BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
VESTIBULE AND TWO CONFESSIONALS AT ST.
MALACHY CATHOLIC CHURCH; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the restrictive conversant stating that no
additional occupancy will be created by the construction of a
vestibule and two confessionals at St. Malachy, Catholic Church, is
hereby accepted, a copy of said document being attached as "Exhibit
1".
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is 'hereby authorized and
directed to record said document in the public records of Broward
County, Florida.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

the City of Tamarac, Florida
1 hereby certify to the City of Tamarac that the current renovation
of St. Malachy Church located at 6200 North University Drive in the
City of Tamarac, Broward County, Florida, is not to increase the
current capacity of this Church. I am requesting the building permit
in order to provide a more appropriate and adequate entranceway to the
Church to improve the access for weddings, funerals and our elderly/
handicapped persons. The interior is being improved to provide a more
complete and fitting liturgical atmosphere for the Parish.
Legal Description of Property: The North 525.5 feet of the West 881.92
i feet of Tract 12, of Section 10, Township 49 South, Range 41 East,
according to the Plat thereof, of FORT LAUDERDALE TRUCK FARMS, recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 31, Public Records of Broward County, Florida; Less
the West 53 feet thereof for road right-of-way.
