CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-�,,2-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING AN ENTRANCE REQUIREMENT FOR ALL
ADULT RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS TO ENTER
THE TAMARAC MULTI PURPOSE RECREATION CENTER;
ESTABLISHING FEES AND CONDITIONS; PROVIDING
FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Tamarac City Code Section 12-57 gives the City
Council the authority to establish by resolution the fee
schedule for identification cards;
WHEREAS, the Tamarac Multi -Purpose Recreation Center is
available to residents and non-residents for recreational
activities;
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to esta-
blish entrance fees and entrance requirement procedures to
enter the Multi -Purpose Recreation Center;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That it is hereby established that all
adult residents and adult non-residents over 16 must show
their driver's license or identification card issued by the
Florida Department of Motor Vehicles or the City of Tamarac,
for entrance to the Tamarac Multi -Purpose Center.
SECTION 2 That the fees listed below be charged for
Tamarac Multi -Purpose Center:
Daily Fee
Adult Resident (over 16) and Free
City of Tamarac Employees and
their -spouses
Adult Non -Resident over 16 $3.00
SECTION 3 That the following procedures are hereby
established:
1) All adults over the age of 16 are required to show a
driver's license or identification card issued by the
Florida Department of Motor Vehicles or the City of
Tamarac, for entrance into the Tamarac Multi -
Purpose Recreation Center.
2) All non-resident adults over the age of 16 are required
to pay a $3.00 daily fee to use any.of the facilities in
the Tamarac Multi -Purpose Recreation Center.
3) All adults checking out or using portable equipment such
as basketballs, volleyballs, etc. will be required to
place their driver's license or identification card with
Recreation staff while they use the equipment.
SECTION 4 That all resolutions or parts of resolu-
tions in conflict here with are hereby repealed to the extent
of such conflict.

August 1, 1991. v
