CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- /33
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO.
R-91-84 AND RESOLUTION NO. R-90-164
WHICH APPOINTED REGULAR AND ALTERNATE
MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION;
REAPPOINTING MEMBERS�TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 0-91-21,
WHICH RESTRUCTURED THE PLANNING
COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council appointed members to the
Planning Commission by the adoption of Resolution No. R-91--84 and
Resolution No. R-90-164; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 0-91-21 restructured the Planning
Commission to consist of seven (7) members each of which shall
serve a term of three years; except that two (2) of the seven
members of the commission shall be appointed for a term of two (2)
ears and three (3) of the seven members of the commission shall be
appointed for a term of one (1) year, so that the term of the
menibers can be staggered, and shall expire on April 15 of the
apt,)rapriate year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to rescind Resolution
No. R-91-84 and Resolution No. R-90-164 in order to reappoint all
members of the Planning Commission to be in compliance with the
provisions of Ordinance No. 0-91-21.
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. R-91-84 and Resolution
No. R-91-164 are hereby rescinded in order to reappoint all members
to the Planning Commission.
SECTION 2: That the following persons are hereby
appointed as Regular members of the Planning Commission for terms
to expire April 15, 1994:
Anthony Silvestri
Harold Rosen

SECTION 3: That the following members are hereby
appointed as Regular members of the Planning Commission for terms
to expire April 15, 1993:
Joseph Schreiber
Irwin Goldwein
