CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PARTIAL AMOUNT OF A
CASH PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR LANDSCAPE
BEAUTIFICATION BY M.J. ANDERSON, INC., FOR
THE MARKETPLACE OF TAMARAC AT 70TH AVENUE
AND COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD, TAMARAC; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, M.J. Anderson, Inc., has filed with the City a
cash performance Bond in the amount of $18,989.35 to guarantee
.landscape beautification at the Marketplace of Tamarac at 70th
Avenue and Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Chief Building Official has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of a partial amount of said performance bond in the
amount of $17,899.35.
t4OW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1: That $17,899.35 of the cash performance Bond
posted by M.J. Anderson, Inc., in the amount of $18,989.35 to
guarantee landscape beautification at the Marketplace of Tamarac
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
