CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- I.3
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT A DELICATESSEN IN
POINT PLAZA, REQUESTED BY PEBB
ENTERPRISES; PROVIDING CONDITIONS OF
APPROVAL; PETITION * 35-Z-91; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a
delicatessen In Point Plaza, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be In Keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
the operation of a delicatessen In Point P-laza, Tamarac,
requested by PEBB Enterprises, Petition * 35-Z-91, is HEREBY
APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1. No sit-down consumption of food prepared and/or sold on the
premises.
2. No cooking on -premises.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
