CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 1e3
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
AMENDING PARCEL "A", PORTOBELLO PLAT, AS RECORDED
IN PLAT BOOK 132, PAGE 43 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, BY AMENDMENT OF THE
RESTRICTION NOTE TO PERMIT 1,188 SQUARE FEET OF
OFFICE USE AND 36,342 SQUARE FEET OF RETAIL USE;
REQUESTED BY THE WALGREENS WOODMONT SHOPPES BY
BUILD -TO --SUIT PARTNERS II; LOCATED ON THE SOUTHWEST
CORNER OF UNIVERSITY DRIVE AND NW 82 STREET;
PETITION NO. 39-Z-91; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Parcel "A", the Portobello Plat, as recorded in
Plat Book 132, Page 43 of the public records of Broward County,
Florida, restricted the plat to 7,000 square feet of office use
and 31,000 square feet of retail use; and
WHEREAS, a request has been made by Build--To-Suit
Partners II for the Walgreen Woodmont Shoppes; located on the
Southwest corner of University Drive and NW 82 Street to amend
the Portobello Plat by a restriction note to permit 1,188
square feet of office use and 36,342 square feet of retail use;
and
WHEREAS, the amended restriction note is to read: "This
plat •is restricted to 1,188 square feet of office use and
36,342 square feet of retail use"; and
WHEREAS, such modification to the Portobello Plat will
allow an economically sound development plan; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of amending the
Portobello Plat restriction note which restricts the plat to
1,188 square feet of office use and 36,342 square feet of
retail use; and
WHEREAS, the City- Council has determined that all
applicable fees have been paid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Portobello Plat, as recorded in Plat
Book 132, Page 43 if the public records of Broward County,
Florida; restriction note shall be modified to read: "This plat
is restricted to 1,188 square feet of office use and 36,342
square feet of 'retail use".

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
