CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- /5-0
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS TO TRANS-
MIT OR WITHDRAW FUNDS TO AND FROM THE STATE
BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION AND THE SUN BANK
REPURCHASE AGREEMENT.ACCOUNT AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac does from time to time
invest surplus funds in the State Board of Administration
investment vehicles in accordance with Chapter 218, Part IV,
Florida Statutes; and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Administration recuires that
a resolution be passed and a form completed which sets fort}
the names of any individuals authorized to transmit or
withdraw funds.
NOW, THEREFORP;, BF 17' FF'SOLVRD BY TPF', CITY COUInclL OF'
THE CITY OF TANARAC, FLORIDA:
.SFC'TION 1 : The State Board of Administration is hereby
directed to accept notice by telephone of either the deposit
of funds or with a withdrawal of funds by the following City
officials:
Finance Director
Deputy Finance Director
Chief Accountant
Such authorization includes the authority to confirm
telephone advice by signature on the appropriate confirmatory
letter.
SECTION 2 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
