CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-Z
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY CLASSIC
COMMERCIAL VILLAS, INC., FOR THE CLASSIC
COMMERCIAL VILLAS PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Classic Commercial Villas, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash warranty bond in the amount of $16,072.00 posted for
public improvements for the Classic Commercial Villas project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said cash warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash warranty bond posted by Classic
Commercial Villas, Inc., in the amount of $16,072.00 for public
improvements for the Classic Commercial Villas project, is HEREBY
RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. -C;;l
