RESOLUTION NO. R-91- )V_7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE AND
PAYMENT BOND POSTED FOR PARKING IMPROVEMENTS
BY UNITED UNDERGROUND CONTRACTOR CORPORATION
FOR THE TAMARAC MULTI -PURPOSE CENTER; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and American Bonding Company, as Surety, has filed
with the City performance and payment Bond No. 0951-0181 in the
amount of $9,969.72 to guarantee parking improvements at the
Tamarac Multi -Purpose Center; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance and payment bond upon receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,492.43.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance and payment Bond No. 0951-0181
posted -by United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and American Bonding Company, as Surety, in the
amount of $9,969.72 posted for parking improvements at the
Tamarac Multi --Purpose Center is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $2,492.43.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
