CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--91- 7
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE DELETION
OF AN OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE SUPERVISOR
POSITION IN THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DEPARTMENT AND THE CREATION OF AN
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE SUPERVISOR
POSITION WITHIN THE CODE ENFORCEMENT
DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the Director of Development Services has
expressed an intention to reorganize the Community Develop-
ment and Code Enforcement Departments; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA,
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes
the elimination of the following position in the Community
Development Department:
POSITION
PAY PLAN
RANGE
Occupational License Supervisor 8 22
SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the
creation of the following position in the Code Enforcement
Department.
POSITION
Occupational License Supervisor
PAY PLAN RANGE
8 22
SECTION 3: That all the appropriate budget transfers
are hereby approved in order to effect the changes that are
shown above.
