CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 17�3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE AND
PAYMENT BOND POSTED FOR THE RIGHT TURN LANE
ON NORTHWEST 71 PLACE AT NOB HILL ROAD BY
UNITED UNDERGROUND CONTRACTOR CORPORATION
SUBJECT TO RECEIPT OF A ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
BOND; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and Security Bond Associates, as Surety, has filed
with the City performance Bond No. 0951-0149 in the amount of
$21,047.42 for the right turn lane on Northwest 71 Place at Nob
Hill Road ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance and payment bond upon receipt of a
one-year warranty bond in the amount of, $ 5,436.86.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance and payment Bond No. 0951--0149
posted by United Underground Contractor Corporation, as
Principal, and Security Bond Associates, as Surety, in the
amount of $21,047.42 posted for the right turn lane on Northwest
71 Place at Nob Hill Road is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt
of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $ 5,436.86.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. 11_ ''
