R-91- l8 D A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC FORMALLY AGREEING AND ACCEPTING THE PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE BROWARD COUNTY PLANNING COUNCIL REGARDING THE TAMARAC LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN; AGREEING TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCIES WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR; DIRECTING THE RESOLUTION TO BE FORWARDED TO BROWARD COUNTY; AND PROMID,ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, SECTION 1._ The C.ity of Tamarac hereby formally agrees and accepts the provisional certification requirements of the Broward County Planning Council which are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full. ,a,)CTION_* The City of Tamarac hereby further agrees to correct the deficiencies within one (1) year from the date of passage of this Resolution.
