CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FROM PATRICK J. ROONEY, D.V.M.,
TO JOHN CASE, D.V.M., D/B/A CLINIC FOR
ANIMALS; PETITION #49-Z-91; LOCATED AT
5201 NORTH STATE ROAD 7, TAMARAC; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac adopted
Resolution R-87-384 granting a special exception to Patrick
J. Rooney, D.V.M., to permit the operation of an animal
clinic located at Tamarac Square Shopping Center, 5201 North
State Road 7; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
transferring the special exception from Patrick J. Rooney,
D.V.M., to John Case, D.V.M., d/b/a Clinic for Animals, would
be in keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application to transfer the special
exception to permit the operation of an animal clinic located
at Tamarac Square Shopping Center, 5201 North State Road 7
requested by John Case, D.V.M., d/b/a Clinic for Animals,
Petition #49-Z-91, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate
fees associated with the special exception transfer.
2) The special exception is transferable administratively
pursuant to compliance with City Codes and submitting
documentation.

3) This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
