A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT A LAUNDROMAT IN BAY 3
OF BUILDING C, AT LAKESIDE PLAZA, 5429
NORTH STATE ROAD 7, FROM CHARLES
GALLICHIO, OWNER, D/B/A LAKESIDE PLAZA
COIN LAUNDRY TO MARTHA SEGURA D/B/A
CHARLIE'S COIN LAUNDRY; PETITION # 51-Z-
91: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac adopted
Resolution R-90-272 granting a special exception use to
permit the operation of a laundromat in Bay 3 of Building C
at Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North State Road 7, to Charles
Gallichio, Owner d/b/a Lakeside Plaza Coin Laundry; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the transferring of the special exception to Martha Segura,
Owner, d/b/a Charlie's Coin Laundry, would be in keeping with
the public_ health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the request to transfer the special
exception to permit the operation of a laundromat in Bay 3 of
Building C at Lakeside Plaza, 5429 North State Road 7, to
Martha Segura, Owner, d/b/a Charlie's Coin Laundry, Petition
# 51-Z-91, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all -appropriate
fees associated with the special exception transfer.
2) The special exception is transferable,
administratively, pursuant to compliance with City Codes
and submitting documentation.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.
