CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 1�66
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY OREGON
DEVELOPERS, INCORPORATED, FOR THE CENTRE
AT WOODMONT PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Developers, Incorporated, as Principal,
with Total Bank, as Surety, has filed with the City
performance Letter of Credit No. IC--5245 in the amount of
$101,182.20 to guarantee public improvements at the Centre at
Woodmont; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has
recommended release of said performance Letter of Credit upon
receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of
$25,295.55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit No. IC-
5245 posted by Oregon Developers, Incorporated, as Principal,
with Total Bank, as Surety, in the amount of $101,182.20
posted for public improvements at the Centre of Woodmont in
HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one-year warranty
bond in the amount of $25,295.55.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1991.
