CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
' RESOLUTION NO. R-91-&�(p
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
S RESTAURANT LOCATED IN MARSHALL'S PLAZA AT
5718 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE, REQUESTED BY
6 SALVATORE PISANO D/B/A THE RUSTIC SCUPPER
(FORMERLY TRIGGS); PETITION #45-Z-91; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of special exception to permit the operation of a sit-down
restaurant in Marshall's Plaza located at 5718 North University
Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views cotice:rning the
application for special exception; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
Petition for special exception would be in keeping with the public
health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Petition for special exception to permit
the operation of a sit-down restaurant in Marshall's Plaza located
at 5718 North University Drive, Tamarac, requested by Salvatore
Pisano d/b/a The Rustic Scupper (formerly Triggs), Petition # 45-Z--
91, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate fees
associated with the special exception transfer.
2) The special exception is transferable administratively
pursuant to compliance with City Codes and submitting
documentation.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
