RESOLUTION NO. R-91-120
S A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
6 IN MARSHALL'S PLAZA, 5718 NORTH UNVERSITY
DRIVE, REQUESTED BY SALVATORE PISANO D/B/A
THE RUSTIC SCUPPER (FORMERLY TRIGGS);
PETITION NO. 46-Z-91; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides foi:
the granting of a special exception to permit the on --premises
consumption of beer and wine in Marshall's Plaza at 5718 North
University Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public
has been given an opportunity to express their views concerning
the application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the application for special exception would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception
to permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at 5718
North University Drive, Tamarac, requested by Salvatore Pisano,
d/b/a The Rustic Scupper (formerly Triggs), Petition # 46-Z-91,
is hereby approved.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate
fees associated with the special exception transfer.
2) The special exception is transferable administratively
pursuant to compliance with City Codes and submitting
documentation.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
