EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
4 RESTAURANT FROM RASCALS III RESTAURANT TO
TERRY'S FAMOUS DELI IN BUILDING NO. 1 OF
s THE GARDEN MALL AT 7111 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, TAMARAC; PETITION NO. 62-Z-91;

WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Special Use
Exception to permit the operation of a restaurant to Rascals
III Restaurant by Resolution No. R-91-51; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer the Special
Exception to:
Hillsboro Property Management Incorporated
d/b/a Terry's Famous Dell
7111 West Commercial Boulevard
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for transferring a Special Use Exception would
be In keeping with the public health, safety and general
welfare of the City of Tamarac,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the petition to transfer a Special Use
Exception to permit the operation of a restaurant from
Rascals III Restaurant to Hillsboro Property Management
Incorporated d/b/a Terry's Famous Dell in Building No. 1 of
the Garden Mall at 7111 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac;
Petition No. 62-Z-91; Is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:
1) The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate
fees associated with the special exception transfer.
2) The special exception is transferable administratively
pursuant to compliance with City Codes and submitting
documentation.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon Its adoption.
