CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA

RESOLUTION NO. R-91-1qq.
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH BOND POSTED
FOR INSTALLATION OF BURGLAR ALARMS IN THE
CITY BY ULTRA SECURITY & ALARMS INC., AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Ultra Security & Alarms, Inc., has filed with the
City a cash bond in the amount of $150.00 for installation of
burglar alarms; and
WHEREAS, the Personnel Department has recommended release
of said bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the cash Bond posted by Ultra Security &
Alarms, Inc., in the amount of $150.00 for installation of burglar
alarms in the City is HEREBY RELEASED.
Section 2: This Resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED thisc- day of 1991.
