Z CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
3 RESOLUTION NO. R-91-_P-05
4 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT FOR
5 TAMARAC TRACT 24; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, a plat has been submitted for approval by the
ity of Tamarac; and
9 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Tamarac
10 has reviewed said plat and has made recommendation for approval,
11 adoption and execution of said plat by the City of Tamarac; and
32 WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed said plat and
13 has made recommendation for approval and acceptance of said plat by
14 the City of Tamarac; and
1g WHEREAS, the City of Tamarac is now desirous of approv-
16 ing said plat.
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
16 TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
29 SECTION 1: That upon recommendation of the Planning
2 ommission and the City Engineer, the plat submitted for approval,
21 the same being
22 TAMARAC TRACT 24
23 is HEREBY APPROVED.
24 SECTION 2: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
25 authorized and instructed to execute said plat.
26 SECTION 3: That the Development Review requirements of
27 the Broward County Land Use Plan appear to have been satisfied.
28 SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
29 immediately upon adoption.
