A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. R'-91-
4 187 TO PROVIDE FOR THE TRANSFER OF A
SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION FOR ON -PREMISES
f CONSUMPTION OF "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES"
i INSTEAD OF "BEER AND WINE" AT 5718 NORTH
UNIVERSITY DRIVE, MARSHALL'S PLAZA,
REQUESTED BY SALVATORE PISANO D/B/A THE
RUSTIC SCUPPER (FORMERLY TRIGGS); AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the City Council, by the adoption of Resolution
No. R-91-187, approved transfer of a special exception to
permit the consumption of "beer and wine" on the premises of
5718 North University Drive, Marshall's Plaza, Tamarac for
Salvatore Pisano d/b/a The Rustic Scupper (formerly Triggs);
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that -
amending Resolution No. R-91•-187 to provide for the t:1:-aA1EJer of
a special exception for on -premises consumption of "alcoholic
beverages" instead of "beer and wine" would be in keeping with
the public health, safety and general welfare of the City of
Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Resolution No. R-91-187 is hereby
amended to transfer a special exception to permit the on -
premises consumption of "alcoholic beverages" instead of "beer
and wine" at 5718 North University Drive, in Marshall's Plaza
requested by Salvatore Pisano d/b/a The Rustic Scupper
(formerly Triggs).
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this (I&ih day of1991.
