CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-- ,:;,'?aj
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
SUN BANK/SOUTH FLORIDA NATIONAL ASSOC-
IATION, FOR SUN BANK EAST PROJECT; AND
PROVIDING. AN, EFFECTIVE DATE.,-,
WHEREAS, Sun. Bank/South Florida National,Association,
has filed with the City a performance Letter of Credit No. P4419
in the amount of $5,565.50 to guarantee public improvements at the
Sun Bank East project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said performance bond upon receipt of a one-year warranty bond
in the amount of $2,713.73.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the performance Letter of Credit No.P4419
posted by Sun Bank/South Florida National Association, in the
amount of-$5,565.50 for public improvements at the Sun Bank East
project, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one year
warranty -bond in the amount of $2,713.73.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption.
