CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- zAS
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) WARRANTY
BONDS POSTED FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION
FACILITIES AND SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEMS
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR FAIRFAX III,
KINGS POINT PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB National
Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. 15727 in the amount of $30,051.94 to guarantee water
distribution facilities at Fairfax III, Kings Point; and
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB National
Bank of Florida, as Surety, has filed with the City Letter of
Credit No. 15728 in the amount of $25,422.71 for sewer collection
systems at Fairfax III, Kings Point; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said warranty bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That warranty Letter of Credit No. 15727 posted
by Lennar Homes,Inc., as Principal, and NCNB National Bank of
Florida as Surety, in the amount of $ 30,051.94 for water
distribution facilities for the Fairfax III, Kings Point project
is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: That warranty Letter of Credit No. 15727 posted
by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and NCNB National Bank of
Florida, as Surety, in the amount of, $25,422.71 for sewer
collection systems for the Fairfax III, Kings Point project, is
HEREBY RELEASED.

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon adoption.
