CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-- vZ
A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE LEASE FOR THE
TEMPORARY PUBLIC WORKS ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICES LOCATED AT 8757 NW 57 STREET FOR
THREE (3) MONTHS FROM APRIL 1,1991 TO JUNE
30, 1991; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the lease for the temporary Public
works Administrative offices located at 8757 NW 57 Street is
hereby extended for three (3) months from April 1, 1991 to June
30, 1991 at the existing monthly rental of $1,227.96 with the
City's option to extend the lease an additional three-(3)
months commencing July 1,1991 if required, a copy of said
document being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1".
SECTION 2: That the monthly rental will be taken from
account #325-193-519-441, Rentals and Leases: Land/Buildings.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective upon
adoption.

AMENDMENT TO LEASE entered into this—Itlday of may, 1991,
by and between PLAZA ASSOCIATES, hereinafter referred to as
Lessor', and CITY OF TAMARAC, hereinafter referred to as Lessee.
Whereas
the Lessee is desirous
of exercising a
portion of their
renewal
option as provided in
Lease Agreement
dated 14th day of
March,
1990, for an additional
three (3) month
period commencing
April
1, 1991, and expiring
June 30, 1991,
and Lesscr is
agreeable
to same.
Whereby, provided the Lessee shall have continuously operated its
business from the demised premises during the term of this lease,
and shall have faithfully and fully complied with all the
obligations on Lessee's part to be performed hereon, the Lessee
shall have the privilege of exercising the remaining three (3)
months of their renewal option as provided in referenced Lease
Agreement.
If Lessee shall desire to exercise any such renewal option, it
shall give written notice thereof to Lessor at least Sixty (60)
days prior to the commencement of renewal period.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
