CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R- Q/- -50
A RESOLUTION ADDING A CERTAIN BUILDING DEPART-
MENT PERMIT FEE; REPEALING RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Section 10-26 (b) (1) of the Tamarac City Code
authorizes the City Council to review, alter, add to, modify,
deduct from or in any other way change any fees or any cate-
gories of building permit fees by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Building Department
have recommended that a review of one additional such fee
should be made; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and accepts this
recommendation; and
WHEREAS, the South Florida Building Code and the
Construction (Mechanics) Lien Law has been revised and the
City must comply with new regulations - FS 713.135(4)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby approves the
addition to the Schedule of Permit Fees Dated December 7, 1990
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its passage.
