CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL USE EXCEPTION
FOR ON PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF BEER AND WINE
AT POINT PLAZA, FOR RESTAURANTS IN BAYS 7,15
AND 16 LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF NOB
HILL ROAD AND WESTWOOD DRIVE REQUESTED BY
PEBB ENTERPRISES; PETITION # 15-Z-91; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. -
WHEREAS, the Code of the City of Tamarac provides for the
granting of a special exception to permit the on -premises
consumption of beer and wine at Point Plaza, for restaurants in
Bays 7, 15 and 16 located at the Northeast corner of Nob Hill.
Road and Westwood Drive, Tamarac; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been held and the public has
been given an opportunity to express their views concerning the
application for Special Exception; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing
thereon and has recommended approval of this application;
WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Tamarac finds that the
application for special exception would be in keeping with the
public health, safety and general welfare of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC,' FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the application for special exception to
permit the on -premises consumption of beer and wine at Point
Plaza, for restaurants in Bays 7, 15 and 16 located at the
Northeast corner of Nob Hill Road and Westwood Drive, Tamarac,
requested by PEBB Enterprises; Petition # 15-Z-91 is hereby
approved.
SECTION-2: Conditions of approval:.
NONE

SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
