RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TAMARAC VACATING
THE TEMPORARY UTILITY EASEMENT FOR SPRAY
IRRIGATION PURPOSES AT SABAL PALM GOLF COURSE
AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 11735, PAGE 544 OF
THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS,the City Council of Tamarac, by the adoption of
Resolution R-84-28 on February 8, 1984, accepted an easement from
Sabal Palm Golf Club, Inc., for spray irrigation purposes; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to vacate this
easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the temporary utility easement for spray
irrigation purposes at Sabal Palm Golf Course as described in
Exhibit "A" and as recorded in O.R. Book 11735, Page 544 of the
public records of Broward County, Florida, is HEREBY VACATED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
