CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE REORGAN-
IZATION OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT BY THE
ELIMINATION OF AND THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF OTHER POSITIONS; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Finance Director has expressed an intention to
reorganize that department and, through that reorganization, will
realize a net annual savings of approximately $25,800.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager recommends adoption of this
Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA.
SECTION 1: That the City Council hereby authorizes the
elimination of the following positions in the Finance Department:
POSITION _ PAY PLAN _ RANGE
Accountant 7 20
Paymaster 7 19
Senior Accounting
Clerk/Payroll 7 12
SECTION 2: The City Council hereby authorizes the creation
of the following positions in the Finance Department.
POSITIONS PAY PLAN RANGE
Accountant/Paymaster 7 20
Payroll Analyst 7 15
Fiscal Administrative
Assistant 7 12
SECTION 3: The changes within this Resolution are retro-
active to October 1, 1990.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. �y
