CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-r
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION TO PERMIT THE OPERATION OF A
RESTAURANT FROM STREB'S SEAFOOD AND
STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT TO RASCALS III
RESTAURANT IN BUILDING #1 OF THE GARDEN
MALL AT 7111 WEST COMMERCIAL BOULEVARD,
TAMARAC; PETITION 23-Z--91; AND PROVIDING
AN -EFFECTIVE--DATE,
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Special Use Exception
to permit the operation of a restaurant to Streb's Seafood and
Steakhouse Restaurant by Resolution No. R-89-119; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer the Special
Exception to: Theodore Jaffe
d/b/a Rascals III
7111 West Commercial Boulevard
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the petition for transferring a Special Use Exception would be
in keeping with the public health, safety and general welfare
of the City of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
.SECTION: 1 That the petition to transfer a Special Use
Exception to permit the operation of a restaurant from Streb's
Seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant to Rascals III Restaurant in
Building #1 of the Garden Mall at 7111 West Commercial Boule-
vard, Tamarac; Petition # 23-Z-91; is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION: 2 Conditions of approval:

SECTION:--3 This resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon its adoption. _
