CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR ON -PREMISES CONSUMPTION OF
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FROM STREB'S SEAFOOD
AND STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT TO RASCALS III
RESTAURANT, LOCATED IN BUILDING #1 OF THE
GARDEN MALL AT 7111 WEST COMMERCIAL
BOULEVARD, TAMARAC; PETITION # 23-Z-91;
AND PROVIDING -AN EFFECTIVE DATE;
WHEREAS, the City Council granted a Special Use Exception
to permit on --premises consumption of alcoholic beverages to
Streb's Seafood and Steakhouse Restaurant, 7111 West Commercial
Boulevard, Tamarac by Resolution R-89-120; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, wishes to transfer the Special
Use Exception to: Theodore Jaffe
d/b/a Rascals III
7111 West Commercial Boulevard
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Tamarac finds that
the application for transfer of a Special Use Exception would be
in keeping with the public health, safety and general welfare of
the City_ of Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION --I: That the Special Use Exception permitting
consumption of alcoholic beverages for Streb's Seafood and
Steakhouse Restaurant is hereby transferred to Theodore Jaffe
d/b/a Rascals III Restaurant, located in Building #1 of the
Garden Mall at 7111 West Commercial Boulevard, Tamarac; Petition
# 23--Z-91, is HEREBY APPROVED.
SECTION 2: Conditions of approval:

SECTION----3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
