CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY ICON
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR THE MISSION
LAKES (CORAL CREEK) PROJECT; AND PROVIDING
AN -EFFECTIVE DATE. ......
WHEREAS, Icon Development Corporation, as Principal, and
Flagler Federal Savings and Loan, as Surety, has filed with the
City performance Letter of Credit No. 88-080101 in the amount of
$44,626.00 to guarantee public improvements at the Mission Lakes
(Coral Creek) Project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION°1: That performance Letter of Credit No. 88-080101
posted by Icon Development Corporation, as Principal, and
Flagler Federal Savings and Loan, as Surety, in the amount of
$44,626.00 for public improvements at the Mission Lakes (Coral
Creek) Project is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION--2-: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
