R-91- 6 Z A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO A LEASE FOR TEMPORARY HOUSING OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION AND FLEET MAINTENANCE DIVISION AT 7409 AND 7407 PINE ISLAND ROAD (FRIEDES COMMERCIAL CENTER)-: AND PROVIDING -AN ,EFFECTIVE --DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution R-90-78 approved a one-year lease with F and R Tamarac, Ltd., for temporary housing of the Public Works Department Administrative Division and Fleet Maintenance Division at 7409 and 7407 Pine Island Road (Frieder Commercial Center); and WHEREAS, at the request of the Acting City Manager/ 33 Director of Public Works, the City Council wishes to extend -this 14 lease for a maximum of two (2) additional months. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF x • TAMARAC, FLORIDA: 17 SECTION--1 That the appropriate City officials are ld hereby authorized to execute an extension to the lease with F and R Tamarac, Ltd., for temporary housing of the Public Works Department Administrative Division and Fleet Maintenance Division at 7409 and 7407 Pine Island Road (Frieder Commercial Center) for a maximum of two (2) additional months commencing May 1, 1991, at a cost of $2,000.00 per month, a copy of said lease being attached hereto as "Exhibit 1". 26 SECTION-2 That the monthly rental will be taken from 27 Account #325-654-y519-44I, Rentals and Loases: Land/Buildings. 28 SECTION- 3: This Resolution• shall become effective 20 immediately upon adoption. 20 PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7 day of , 1991• 31 14 3s ATTEST: ,J CAROL A.
