CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE 1991
SUMMER RECREATION PROGRAM AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE. -
WHEREAS, the budget for the Summer Recreation Program
was established and approved in the 1990/91 City of Tamarac
Annual Budget; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the budget, and
has authorized the collection of fees to support the Summer
Recreation Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION -1: That the fees for residents of the City of
Tamarac participating in the 1991 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
FULL --DAY PROGRAM-$380.00
HALF -DAY PROGRAM-$180.00
SECTION--2-: That the fees for non --residents of the City
of Tamarac participating in the 1991 Tamarac Summer Recreation
Youth Program shall be as follows:
FULL -DAY PROGRAM-$480.00
HALF -DAY PROGRAM-$225.00
SECTION--3; That the following discounts be provided.
SECOND CHILD IN A FAMILY-10%
CHILDREN OF CITY OF TAMARAC EMPLOYEES-25%

SECTION---4; This Resolution will become effective
immediately upon adoption. VAI
