CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CONDI-
TIONS FOR USE OF THE RECREATION CENTER AND
MULTI --PURPOSE CENTER; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE -DATE... -
WHEREAS, the Recreation Center and the Multi -Purpose
Center are available for use by those who qualify as follows:
Tamarac resident non-profit organization; and
WHEREAS, the facilities can be reserved on an ANNUAL or
a PER -USE BASIS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION-1: That the fees listed below be charged for
the use of the Recreation Center and the Multi -Purpose Center.
SECTION -2: *fihat the Per -Use Fee is based on a four--
hour period during regular building hours .(Monday through
Friday 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. not including holidays).
