CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-- 60
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CASH PERFORMANCE
BOND POSTED FOR AN IRRIGATION SYSTEM BY
OREGON DEVELOPERS, INC. FOR CENTRE AT
WOODMONT, 7707 NORTH UNIVERSITY DRIVE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Oregon Developers, Inc., as Principal, has filed
with the City a cash performance Bond in the amount of
$ 4,575.00 to guarantee an irrigation system at the Centre at
Woodmont, 7707 North University.Drive; and
WHEREAS, the City Building Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said cash performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION -1:: That cash performance Bond posted by Oregon
Developers, Inc., as Principal., in the amount of $ 4,575.00
posted for an irrigation system at Centre at Woodmont, 7707
North University Drive is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
