CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 4o_3
A RESOLUTION RELEASING TWO (2) WARRANTY
BONDS POSTED FOR SEWER AND WATER FACILITIES
BY LENNAR HOMES, INC., FOR KINGS POINT DEVON
PHASE I PROJECT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, has filed with the City performance Letter of
Credit No. NY--0489-30006376 in the amount of $12,894.00 and
performance Letter of Credit No. NY-0489-30006375 in the amount of
$16,593.00, respectively, to guarantee Sewer and Water Facilities
at Kings Point Devon Phase I Project;
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said warranty bonds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That performance Letter of Credit No. NY--0489--
30006376 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $12,894.00 for Sewer Facilities
at Kings Point Devon Phase I Project is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: That performance Letter of Credit No. NY-0489-
30006375 posted by Lennar Homes, Inc., as Principal, and Citibank,
N.A., as Surety, in the amount of $16,593.00 for Water Facilities
at Kings Point Devon Phase I Project is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED this day of 1991.
