RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 69

A RESOLUTION REVISING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR
7 PARKING FEES TO BE CHARGED FOR USE OF THE
MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT AT 5510 N.W. 22ND
AVENUE; AND PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE DATE;

WHEREAS, Tamarac City Code Section 14--35 gives the City

Council authority to establish by resolution the rate
the
schedule for parking fees to be charged for use of

municipal parking lot located at 5510 N.W. 22nd Avenue.

WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to revise
the parking fees in order to defray the increase of mainten-

ance expense of said parking facility.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

TAMARAC, FLORIDA;

SECTION 1 : Parking Fees - Amounts
(a) The fee for the use of (1) space in the municipal

parking facility is hereby revised to $30.00 per
month (required minimum of three (3) months) or

$360.00 for twelve (12) months.

(b) All fees must be paid in advance.
(c) Fees are non-refundable

SECTION 2 That all Resolutions or parts of Resolu-
tions in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent

of such conflict.

SECTION 3 This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
