CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--91-7
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A WARRANTY BOND
POSTED FOR THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
IMPROVEMENTS BY MCDEVITT AND STREET
COMPANY FOR UNIVERSITY PAVILION PROJECT;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, McDevitt and Street Company, as Principal, and
The American Insurance Company, as Surety, has filed with the City
Warranty Bond No. 1113-256--3088 in the amount of $17,887.50 posted
for the water distribution system improvements for the University
Pavilion project; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has recommended
release of said warranty bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That'the Warranty Bond No. 113-256-3088 posted by
McDevitt and Street Company, as Principal, and The American
Insurance Company, as Surety, in the amount of $17,887.50
for the water distribution system improvements for the University
Pavilion Hospital project, is HEREBY RELEASED.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. n
