CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R--91- 70
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING A SPECIAL USE
EXCEPTION FOR THE FIVE STAR RESTAURANT
IN THE SHOPS OF TAMARAC AT 8695 W.
MCNAB ROAD, TAMARAC; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE:
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved the Special
Use Exception for a restaurant; and.
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to transfer said Special
Use Exception to the new owner of the restaurant located in The
Shops of Tamarac, 8695 W. McNab Road, Tamarac.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: The Special Use Exception for a restaurant is
HEREBY TRANSFERRED for the Five Star Restaurant located in The Shops
of Tamarac, 8695 W. McNab Road, Tamarac.
SECTION-2: The following conditions shall apply:
A. The applicant shall be required to pay all appropriate admin-
istrative fees and submit the required documents associated
with the Special Use Exception Transfer.
B. The Special Exception is transferable, administratively, by
City Staff, pursuant to compliance with City Codes and sub-
mitting documentation.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption..
