CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91- 9
A RESOLUTION TURNING OVER A CASH
PERFORMANCE BOND POSTED FOR PAVING,
CURBING AND LANDSCAPING AT THREE LAKES
PLAZA TO ROBERT TRAUNER, TRUSTEE IN
BANKRUPTCY FOR THE J.M.BEESON COMPANY;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, J.M. Beeson Company has filed with the City a cash
performance Bond in the amount of $ 38,600.00 to guarantee paving,
curbing and landscaping at Three Lakes Plaza; and
WHEREAS, Robert Trauner is the Trustee in Bankruptcy for
J.M. Beeson Company; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that the
work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended release
of said cash performance bond.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the cash performance Bond posted by J.M.
Beeson and company in the amount of $38,600.00 posted for paving,
curbing and landscaping at Three Lakes Plaza, is HEREBY TURNED
OVER to Robert. Trauner, Trustee, Trauner, Cohen and Thomas, 38 Old
Ivy Road, N.E., Atlanta, Georgia 30342.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall become effective imme-
diately upon adoption. kk
