CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-
A RESOLUTION RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND
POSTED FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS BY
PRESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION FOR
WESTWOOD PINES APARTMENTS; AND PROVIDING
AN EFFECTIVE -DATE.
WHEREAS, Presidential Development Corporation, as
Principal, and Insurance Company of North America, as Surety,
has filed with the City performance Bond No. K03917277 in the
amount of $164,080.00 to guarantee public improvements at
Westwood Pines Apartments; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineering Department has found that
the work has been satisfactorily completed and has recommended
release of said performance bond upon receipt of a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $52,350.63.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION- to- That performance Bond No. K03917277 posted by
Presidential Development Corporation, as Principal, and
Insurance Company of North America, as Surety, in the amount of
$164,080.00 posted for public improvements at Westwood Pines
Apartments, is HEREBY RELEASED, subject to receipt of a one --year
warranty bond in the amount of $52,350.63.
SECTION- 2: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption.
