CITY OF TAMARAC, FLORIDA
RESOLUTION NO. R-91-_ 7-
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CON-
DITIONS FOR USE OF THE RECREATION CENTER
AND MULTI -PURPOSE CENTER DURING EVENING
HOURS, MONDAY - FRIDAY (5:00 P.M. - 9:00
P.M.); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Recreation Center and the Multi --Purpose
Center are available for use by those who qualify as follows:
Tamarac resident non-profit organization; and
WHEREAS, the facilities can be reserved on an ANNUAL
(based on once a month use on a 12-month basis) or a PER --USE BASIS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the fees listed below be charged for the
use of the Recreation Center and the Multi -Purpose Center.
SECTION 2. That the Per -Use Fee is based on a four-hour
period during regular building hours (Monday through Friday, 5:00
P.M. - 9:00 P.M., not including holidays).

self-insurance program fot liability coverage.
SECTION 4: This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon adoption. �(
