RESOLUTION NO. R-91-

A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PETITION
FEE FOR PERSONS SEEKING A WAIVER AND
EXCEPTION TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE SIGN
ORDINANCE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE._ --
WHEREAS, Section 18-42 of Chapter 18 of the City Code provides
for City Council to establish a filing fee to be paid with
submittal of the petition form for persons seeking a waiver and
exception to the provision of the sign ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager and the Building Department have
determined that this fee should be established for the purpose of
offsetting administrative expenses incurred by the city in
processing this petition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TAMARAC, FLORIDA; .
SECTIONI: That the City Council hereby establishes a filing
fee of $125.00 for persons seeking a waiver and exception to the
provisions of the Sign Ordinance.
SECTION 2: All Resolutions or parts of Resolution in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of said conflict.
SECTION 3: This Resolution shall become effective immediately
upon approval.
